Brigitte believes that investing in real estate is the best way to grow your wealth. Brigitte is the Broker of Record with LacelleGroup Realty Brokerage, a passionate Real Estate Investor, and the co-owner of Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. She bought her first home at 20 years old has continued investing in real estate ever since. Brigitte believes investing in real estate is key to achieving financial freedom!
Christian Lacelle
Christian is a passionate Real Estate Investor and the co-owner of GSPM. Christian oversees his client's real estate portfolios, strategizes with his clients, and guides his clients in growing their portfolios. Christian is also an investor-focused realtor with the LacelleGroup Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Meet Jamie MacKinnon, the experienced Maintenance and Repair Labourer at Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. (GSPM). Katerina Bodson
Katerina takes care of all billing, rents and finance related matters. She works alongside our paralegal and ensures all late rents and other LTB matters are handled accordingly. For all finance related property management needs, do not hesitate to reach out to Katerina.
Luz Rodriguez
Luz takes care of all inbound calls, tenants and leasing inquiries. She is the front end staff when calling or walking in to the office at GSPM. She also takes care of all move-ins, move-outs, keys, move-in inspections and much more.
Vic Charron
Vic Charron, Property Manager, takes care of all maintenance and repair and keeping all clients up to date on the day-to-day activities.
